Training
1 on 1 at OLR isn't like 1 on 1 at other facilities. Our qualified staff take you through our process of developing better humans. Starting from step 1 you'll be brought through our assessment process which gives us a better understanding of who you really are. From there we'll develop a program specific towards your goals and testing results.
1:1 Training Packages can be used for both our Strength and Performance Training and Baseball/Softball specific lessons
