The OLR Elite Off-Season program is a 26-week baseball/softball developmental program. It's broken up into 2 specific training blocks designed to provide athletes with high-level coaching and development. Athletes will access the top baseball training facility in Nova Scotia with our highly trained and certified coaches.

 

Block 2 will be a hybrid model (1.5 hour sessions) that will blend physical performance with baseball / softball position specific skill sessions. Athletes will be monitored throughout the 13 weeks with professional-level technology.
