JADEN GRIFFIN
HEAD STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE COACH
Jaden Griffin is a former Division 1 and team Canada 18u pitcher from Lower Sackville Nova Scotia. Jaden played 2 years on the 15u provincial baseball team and 3 years on the 17u team including an underage year. He was selected to the 18u Canadian national team as a 15 year old and competed with the team for 3 years all over the US and Caribbean winning a bronze medal at the PANAM games in 2018 in Panama. Jaden attended Vauxhall Academy of Baseball for his grade 11 and 12 years before attending Virginia Commonwealth University to continue his baseball and academic career. He helped contribute to back to back Atlantic 10 championships while at VCU. Since graduating he has returned home and has worked with athletes from a multitude of sports such as baseball, hockey and ringette in the strength and conditioning field as a strength coach. Jaden has a strong passion for helping athletes further their careers and believes the weight room is a big contributor to an athletes success.
