MIKE KONIGSHOFER

Co-owner of One Last Rep Sports Training, Mike is a multi-sport athlete who has competed at the collegiate (Hockey -Ryerson University), National (track and field), and international (fastpitch) level.

Graduating with a Business Degree from Northwood University in Michigan, Mike is committed to developing well-rounded athletes who excel on and off the field. 

Mike’s passion for coaching has been honed on the baseball field where he has previously served as Director of Player Development for 2 Elite Travel Ball programs based in North Carolina 2017-2020. His on-field coaching experience has seen him developing male and female athletes in local, provincial, and international play. Mike holds both Driveline and Rapsodo hitting certifications and leads our hitting development programs.

Currently, Mike is the Head Coach for the Nova Scotia Senior Women’s provincial baseball team. He has been a coach with the Nova Scotia High Performance teams since 2019 - coaching on both the male and female programs.
